1. Service-Based Refund Policy

CityPromotion provides digital marketing and promotional services. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Before Service Delivery: Full refund available if requested before content creation or campaign launch.
• Service Not Delivered: Full refund if we fail to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeframe.
• After Service Delivery: No refunds once content is published or campaigns are live.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Packages: Can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. No refund for the current month.
• One-Time Services: Must be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for full refund.
• Custom Campaigns: Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.

4. Non-Refundable Services

• Published social media posts, reels, or stories
• Completed influencer collaborations
• Live campaigns or promotions
• Custom content creation already delivered

5. Refund Process
